O'Hare Airport Flat Rates

We offer very competitive flat rates to O'Hare Airport. We will pick you up on time. In fact, we probably will be early. There is a $4.00 Chicago ground tax fee on all pickups from O'Hare Airport.

Reservations need to made ahead of time for any pickups from O'Hare Airport or a one hour notice in normal weather conditions. We do not have cars just sitting at the airport.

Our experienced dispatch team will keep track of your flight status if you are flying into O'Hare in case there is a flight delay.

$2.50 per mile, calculated at twenty five cents per eighth of a mile.

$7.50 waiting time for every 15 minutes; if you have the car and driver waiting for you

• Dispatchers and drivers have the right to request money upfront on any ride

• $125.00 Clean Up Fee if the vehicle is soiled by the customer

• We cannot be responsible for lost items left in the vehicles; if you think you may have left something in the car please call immediately before another passenger gets in.

• We cannot transport minors under 16 years of age without an adult.

• Prices are based per car, not per person- the amount of passengers are based on seat belts

• No toll fees

• A $4.00 Chicago tax is added to all airport pickups; not drop offs.

Phoenix Private Transportation is brought to you by A#1 Cab Dispatch as a second option for transportation. It's not a taxi, and not a limo; but a "for hire" commercial private transportation car. It's not branded like a taxi. 

In order to use the Ride App for Phoenix, you must download the A#1 Cab Taxi Booking App.  

Note: The App will never ask for your payment information. You may pay the driver with cash, credit or a debit card. Some drivers also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

Once you've downloaded the App, you may specifically request a "private car" by selecting it under vehicle attributes. Use the buttons below to download the App. We feel the App is super easy to use, but just in case we have a button for the instructions too.

This is a new line of private transportation cars brought to you by A#1 Cab Dispatch. It's not a taxi and not a limo. Every car is branded with the Phoenix Private Transportation logos and is the same price as the taxi line. The private cars are commercially license plated, bonded, and insured. Some customers like to be in a non-branded vehicle, this is where Phoenix Private Transportation comes in. There are several different car models, and they are either white, green & white or silver in color. We wanted to give the customer another transportation option. The experienced drivers will get you to your destination on time, whether you decide book your journey on the day of, or pre-book well in advance. 

All vehicles dispatched by A#1 Cab Dispatch Inc./Phoenix Private Transportation Group are independently owned and operated by individuals or corporations. Phoenix Private Transportation does NOT own vehicles or hires or employs drivers. We place drivers with owner operators to lease private cars. All drivers are independent contractors. Phoenix Private Transportation does not transport minors under the age of 16 without an adult; and does NOT have school transport accounts.
